Looks like the end of a pump hose coming out of the front of your seat John, which reminds me that a) I need to drill a hole or holes in the front of my seat so any water can actually get to my pump and b) mention to Mike that the seat is so well glued in that with my pump behind the seat it only empties the cockpit down to the level of the seat back.
